I hate to be the one to break it to you, but there's only 2 ways to fix a us-122:
1) throw it out the window, preferably from a tall building.
2) take it back and let tascam deal with it.

Are you trying to play back your recorded midi notes?

Don't buy one. I've had one, had a tonne of problems with latency and usb driver issues on a brand new computer (pc). I've heard they're even worse with macs.

Short answer: yes

Try a little eq boost @ 200 hz. Or so.
