I´m leaving pulsar and go over to rme multiface, because my desktop and notebok want the same setup...
so here you can get it: more power and devices than with a pulsar2 and additional outputs...

I have moved allocator to a pc equipped with an rme multiface card. Unfortunately when opened it is very slow and the processor is often running at 100% making it impossible to use !

i'm planning to buy a notebook as main workstation - but i can't find one that connects the lan chip not via pci
so... How relevant is that issue?

hab leider nur empfehlungen finden können, dass csa o.ä. Besser sei als lan via pci... Aber wie wirkt sich das aus?
