Flooring the throttle on the wife's xsara 1.9td produces such a cloud of black smoke that we become invisible. Am expecting irate comments when they catch me up at the next lights!

Given my experience of zx door wiring connectors to give intermittent contact at best, i was wondering how the multiplexed wiring, fitted to later cars, copes as it gets older. just got the xsara back from a service. rear brake pads were replaced. there now appear to be two problems:
