removing car stereo

do i have to disconnect battery to remove stereo? do i just pull leads out??...

JVC KD-G111 Car Stereo problem.

I have a JVC KD-G111 and it's been working fine in the past month, now I have noticed that lately all the CD's I play, it sometimes makes the song I'm playing skip or 'jump' but there is nothing wrong...
